Laura is our resident PR and marketing guru, providing a warm welcome to our corporate partners and delivering a new communications strategy for our business.
She joined the team in August 2016 from Petrofac, where she helped roll-out internal communications projects around the world. Prior to this, Laura worked for Bread, where she devised PR strategies, won awards and travelled the world on her clients’ behalf achieving coverage in national broadsheets - even the Wall Street Journal. In 2013, she was shortlisted as a finalist in the ‘Outstanding Young Communicator of the Year’ category of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations Scotland’s PRide awards.
She graduated with MA English and MSc Publishing with Journalism. Laura has two years journalistic experience in regional media and was the assistant editor for a high street retailer’s staff magazine, the John Lewis Aberdeen Chronicle, which was named Chronicle of the Year during her tenure.
Laura’s award winning skills in design, knack for social media and passion for employee engagement are a huge asset to our team.
Out of the office, you’ll find keen cyclist Laura out on her beloved road bike and dreaming about her next long-haul adventure (Japan is her favourite so far).
