Introduction

Your neighbours can make or break a good home. With today’s world becoming more and more crowded it is inevitable that we will encroach on each other’s personal space. Therefore maintaining a good relationship with neighbours is often an essential part of life. Unfortunately however, not everyone appreciates this and they can turn into neighbours from hell. Whether it’s their unruly kids, their barking dog, or over zealous complaints about you living a normal and reasonable life, they can make life really difficult. In addition with house selling rules changing, you are required to disclose any neighbour disputes with prospective purchasers of your home.
